Advice Service

The consultation in management is essentially an advisory service. This means that the consultant is not engaged to lead the company or to make delicate decisions about the behavior of certain directors.

He is a councillor and his responsibility amounts to make recommendations; the director of the company takes all the responsibilities which ensue from it.

He thus owes, in all the tasks which he implements, involve the most possible the directors in his work so that the final result is a common implementation.

Service not supplying miracles

Consulting in management is not a service supplying miracles to difficult management problems. It would be an mistake to believe that once the consultant is engaged, the life will be more easy for the management of the company.

Consulting isa difficult work, systematic and disciplined, based on the analysis of real data and on the search for practical solutions.

A real commitment of the management of the company to resolve problems and narrow cooperation between the director of the company and the consultant are also important as the quality of the advice of the consultant.
