An organizational practice is defined as being an efficient way (i.e. which uses few resources) and effective (i.e. which gives the expected result) to carry out a task or a process in an organization or a company.

The organizational practices come from the acquired experience in a particular domain. They are not static and can evolve with the new technologies and the new experiences towards the best organizational practices.

Way of doing are considered as best organizational practices when they generate exceptional results in the following domains:

  • The satisfaction of the engaging parties (customers, suppliers, partners, employees, shareholders),
