Definition
The performance is the ultimate result of all the efforts of a company, an organization or a process.
These efforts consist in making the good things, the right way, quickly, at the right time, for the slightest cost, to produce results and fulfilling the expectations of the customers, give them satisfaction and reach the objectives fixed by the organization.
To perform, it is to reach and to exceed the fixed objectives. Perform, it is to succeed, it is to excel at the domain. To perform, it is to be better than the competitors.
To reach a high level of performance of an organization, it is necessary that every strategic sector (performance factor) is successful.
