Introduction

The strategy is a set of means to reach a precise purpose. It gives a direction and a sense to the organization. It creates the necessary unity to reach the aimed objectives. If the strategy is non-existent, vague, complex, unknown, misunderstood, the organization risks to go to all the directions and to be not successful.

So that the organization is successful, the strategy must be clear, precise, targeted strictly and expressed clearly. It doesn't matter the strategy, that it aims at a growth of the company, a decline of the prices, an improvement of products or a very good service to the clientele, this one will be effective if it is defined in a precise way according to the external environment, the needs of the customers and the capacities of the organization.

It must be clearly communicated to the employees, to the customers, to the partners and to the investors, and included well by these. Furthermore, it is imperative that the strategy is simple and realistic as for the possibilities whether it is implemented. Finally, she has to be constantly and minutely adapted according to the changes in the external environment.
