Introduction
So that a project of consultation is successful, certain conditions must be respected:
- The customer has to recognize that there is a problem, a situation to be improved.
- The customer has to wish sincerely an improvement of his situation.
- The customer has to wish to collaborate with the consultant by supplying him all the required information.
- The customer must be ready to pay for services provided.
- A compatibility has to exist between the customer and the consultant.
- The presence of these conditions does not insure automatically the success of a project of consultation, but the lack of one of these conditions can certainly put in danger the project of consultation.
